Retreat · Montego Bay/Green Island, Jamaica · Nov 9, 2026 – Nov 16, 2026

Island wellness, ocean reset, culinary escape and cannabis culture — seven nights in Jamaica, five in Ocho Rios and two in Montego Bay.

01 · The week

Come back to the water

Seven nights in Jamaica, in two chapters. Five in Ocho Rios, where the mornings are yoga and the days belong to the Jacana estate, the farms and Dunn's River — then two in Montego Bay for the beach, the Hip Strip and the way home. Tides is built around four currents — island wellness, ocean reset, culinary escape, and cannabis culture — and they run together rather than in parallel. Thirty guests, one island, no rush.

02 · Eight days, two chapters

The journey

Day 1 · Nov 9

Arrive in Jamaica

Land at Sangster International in Montego Bay and transfer east to Ocho Rios — around two and a half hours. Settle in, meet the group, welcome dinner as the light goes. Book a morning or early-afternoon flight if you can.

Day 2 · Nov 10

The Estate & the Farm

Mornings here start with SmokenYoga and Mirajo. Then out to Jacana for the farm tour and lunch — cultivation, the plant's life here, and what the Jamaican climate gives it. The evening is yours.

Day 3 · Nov 11

Jacana & Flower and Flames

Yoga, then a full day of Jacana experiences — the tea ceremony, the scrub making, Miranda's workshop. It ends at the long table, at the GŪD Kitchen Flower & Flames infused dinner with Jacana.

Day 4 · Nov 12

Stush in the Bush

Yoga, then an afternoon that belongs to you. In the evening, the drive up to Stush in the Bush for the farm-to-table dinner — an organic farm on a hillside, and a meal built out of what grows on it.

Day 5 · Nov 13

Dunn's River

Yoga, then Dunn's River — the terraced falls that step down to the sea, climbed hand-in-hand the way the island does it. A free evening to recover.

Day 6 · Nov 14

West to Montego Bay

The second chapter. Transfer to Montego Bay, settle in, then the dispensary tour — Cookies, Starbuds and the rest of the legal-market map. Evening on the Hip Strip or your own.

Day 7 · Nov 15

Beach & Farewell

Farewell breakfast and a closing meditation, then the water — Doctor's Cave Beach, the Sun Dreamer boat if you've added it, and time to shop. A last night on the Hip Strip if you want one.

Day 8 · Nov 16

Departure

A free morning, then transfers to the airport.

05 · Good to know

Good to know

How many guests?

Thirty. Large enough for a real table, small enough that you'll know everyone by Day 3.

Are flights included?

No — flights are not included. Fly into Sangster International in Montego Bay (MBJ); we handle every transfer from there. Book a morning or early-afternoon arrival if you can: the transfer to Ocho Rios takes around two and a half hours, and a late landing means arriving after dark and missing the welcome dinner.

Where do we actually stay?

Two bases. Five nights in Ocho Rios, where the estate days, the farms and Dunn's River are; then two nights in Montego Bay for the beach, the Hip Strip and the flight home. All transfers between them are included.

What's included, and what isn't?

Included: accommodation, all ground transport, daily morning yoga and meditation, the welcome dinner, the Flower & Flames infused dinner, the Stush in the Bush farm-to-table dinner, Dunn's River and the Montego Bay dispensary tour. Optional and charged separately: the Jacana education days, the Sun Dreamer boat, and the nightlife add-on — that last one is deliberately kept apart from the core wellness programme.

Single or shared room?

The $2,500 rate is per guest based on double occupancy. A single room is $2,800 — a $300 supplement. Tell us which you want on the reservation form and we'll confirm it before any balance is calculated.

What is the cannabis component?

Jamaica-legal and entirely opt-in. Cultivation and culture are part of the programme; participation never is.

What's the weather like in November?

Dry season is settling in — warm days, cooler evenings, and the island at its greenest after the rains.

How do I actually reserve a place?

Send the reservation request on this page. You'll then be taken straight to a secure checkout page to pay the $250 reservation fee — it is handled by our payment provider, so no card details are entered here. If you'd rather not pay in that moment, close it and we'll follow up by email. Once the fee clears, your place is confirmed.

What happens to the $250?

It comes off your balance — it is not an additional charge.

When is the rest due, and what if I miss it?

Your $250 reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and comes off your balance. Half of what remains is due by Tuesday 15 September 2026, and the final balance by Thursday 15 October 2026. If the final balance is not paid by Thursday 15 October 2026, your place is released and the $250 is not returned. On the $2,500 double-occupancy rate that first installment is $1,125. You can settle the whole balance earlier if you'd rather not split it.

What if I have to cancel?

The $250 reservation fee is not refunded, whenever you cancel. Anything you have paid beyond it is refunded — the same is true if your place is released because the final balance isn't paid by Thursday 15 October 2026: the $250 is kept, and anything else you've paid comes back to you.

What if GUD cancels the retreat?

You are refunded in full — including the $250 reservation fee. If we move the dates, you can move with them or take a full refund.
